Applying for competitive scholarships like LPDP, Chevening, Australia Awards, or Fulbright isn’t just about being smart or hardworking—it’s about presenting your story in a way that resonates with selection panels. For many Indonesian students, especially first-generation applicants or those without access to global networks, the process can be confusing, intimidating, and full of “unwritten rules.”

That’s where a scholarship mentor makes all the difference. A mentor has been there and won that. They understand what makes an application stand out, how to link your personal journey to national development goals (a common requirement in many scholarships), and how to communicate your purpose clearly and persuasively. Instead of guessing what a strong essay or recommendation should look like, you’ll gain real, personalized insights that help you apply with clarity and confidence. It’s not just about getting funding—it’s about opening doors to life-changing opportunities.

Description

Whether you're applying for LPDP, Chevening, Australia Awards, Fulbright, or other prestigious scholarship programs, this package is designed to help you craft a strong, personalized application. If you’re applying to more than one scholarship, please note that a separate package is required for each application to ensure focused, tailored support.

What’s Included:

1. Strategic Consultation (1-Hour Coffee Chat):
Meet one-on-one with a mentor who has firsthand experience with your target scholarship program. This session is ideal for applicants who have already identified the scholarship they’re applying for. Together, you’ll discuss your application strategy, career goals, personal branding, and gain insider insights specific to your chosen program. Doing this before drafting your essay ensures a smoother and more effective writing and feedback process.

2. Two-Round Essay Review:
Following the consultation, you’ll submit your first draft for review. Your mentor will provide constructive feedback, suggestions, and real-world examples tailored to your story and target scholarship. This is not just about grammar—it’s about shaping a compelling narrative that reflects your unique strengths and goals. You’ll also have the chance to revise and receive a second round of feedback.

FAQ

FAQ – Scholarship Application Mentorship (Basic Package)

1. Can this mentorship be used for any scholarship program?
Yes! This mentorship is suitable for most major graduate-level scholarships such as LPDP, Chevening, Australia Awards, Fulbright, Erasmus+, IISMA, and more. You will be paired with a mentor who has experience with your target scholarship program to ensure relevant and tailored guidance.

2. What does the two-round essay review include?
The essay review focuses on content, structure, and personal branding—not grammar or line editing. You’ll receive in-depth feedback on how to strengthen your narrative, align with the scholarship’s goals, and communicate your story effectively. You’ll have a chance to revise and receive feedback on your second draft as well.

3. Can I use this package for multiple scholarship applications?
No. The Basic Package is valid for one scholarship application only. If you’re applying for multiple scholarships (e.g., both LPDP and Chevening), you’ll need to purchase a separate package for each, as the strategies and requirements often differ significantly.

4. Can I request add-ons like resume or recommendation letter reviews?
Absolutely. You can add on a Resume Review or Recommendation Letter Review to make your application more comprehensive. We recommend this if you're unsure about the strength of your supporting documents or want to ensure a well-rounded application.

5. Is this package still useful if I’ve already written my essay?
Yes! While the strategic consultation works best before you write, many mentees come with a draft already in hand. In this case, the session will focus on refining your message, identifying key improvements, and ensuring your essay aligns with what the scholarship is really looking for.
