Can I choose who I will be talking to? Yes. Once we receive your request, we will review it carefully and recommend a few options from our network. It’s entirely up to you to choose who you’d like to talk with. If you’re not happy with the options, you can let us know and we’ll provide new recommendations.
What happens if I’m still not happy after a few recommendations? No problem — if after several recommendations you still don’t find someone suitable, we will give you a 100% refund.
How long is a Coffee Chat? Each session is 1 hour. This gives you enough time to have a meaningful, focused conversation.
Is this like a lecture or a webinar? No. A Coffee Chat is a one-on-one conversation, not a class. It’s casual but focused — you bring the questions, and the other person shares their insights and experience.
Who can I talk to? Our network includes students, alumni, professionals, industry experts, researchers, and business leaders. You can request someone from a specific school, company, industry, or country depending on your goals.
What topics can I discuss? Anything that helps your learning and career journey. For example:

How do I prepare for the chat? We recommend writing down your questions in advance so you make the most of your 1 hour. This ensures the conversation is focused on what matters most to you.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll reschedule your Coffee Chat at no extra cost.
If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, please talk to us. We’ll review your situation:
If it’s an emergency, we’ll do our best to find a fair solution that works for both sides.
If it’s due to reasons that could have been planned or avoided, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
How will the session take place? All Coffee Chats are online. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a calendar invite with a video call link.
